What should I bring to class?

Bring yourself just as you are. We recommend wearing comfy clothes you can move in and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you have a yoga mat, bring it along! If not, no worries we have a few you can borrow (just know they’re limited, so first come, first served). We’ve got you covered with blocks, straps, and blankets.

 

Most of all, bring your willingness to try something new and your good energy. We can’t wait to welcome you to our space.

Not at all! Flexibility is not a requirement it’s a result. Yoga meets you exactly where you are. Over time, you’ll gain flexibility, strength, and balance, both on and off the mat. At Kula, we focus on mindful movement, not perfection.

We recommend starting with one of our Hatha/Vinyasa, Vinyasa or Yin Yoga classes. These slower paced classes help you learn foundational poses, breathing techniques, and how to connect with your body. You can always reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help you pick the perfect class for your goals.

¡Sí! We’re proud to offer two yoga classes each week in Spanish to better serve our bilingual and Spanish speaking community. Kula Yoga is located in a vibrant border city, and we embrace the cultural richness of our community in everything we do.

These all levels classes are guided by our bilingual instructors and are a warm, welcoming space to connect through movement and breath. ¡Te esperamos en Kula Yoga!

We offer a variety of classes to support all bodies and energy levels, including Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, Yoga Sculpt, and Hatha/Vinyasa. You’ll also find special events like sound healing, yoga sin fronteras and seasonal 108 Sun Salutations. Our classes are designed to help you move, breathe, and feel better.

What if I have an injury or health condition?
We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider first. Once you’re cleared, let your instructor know before class so we can help offer supportive modifications. Our goal is to keep you safe, comfortable, and empowered in your practice.
Yes! We offer private one on one sessions as well as private group classes, perfect for special occasions, family gatherings, or just a more personal practice experience.

We also offer corporate yoga classes we can bring the practice to your workplace or host your team right here at Kula Yoga. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress in the office or celebrate a milestone with mindful movement, we’ll create a session that’s just right for your group.
